From Corporate America to Cake Artistry...
Our Origin Story
My story begins in the heart of the corporate world, where I navigated the fast-paced lanes of the corporate America highway. For years, I thrived in that environment, giving my all to the challenges and opportunities it presented. But, as life often has its own plans, a sudden wave of lay-offs swept through my workplace. In the wake of this shake up, I found myself at a crossroads, reevaluating my path and pondering the depths of my true passions.
With newfound determination, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and skill-building. I traded office attire for aprons and boardroom meetings for cake decorating research. Each buttercream-covered masterpiece I created became a canvas where I could paint stories with sugar and bring smiles to faces in a whole new way. What had once been a hobby swiftly transformed into a calling, guiding me towards the path of cake artistry.
The creative process is a dance of colors, textures, and flavors that allows me to tell stories through sugar and flour. And as I bring these edible dreams to life, I'm reminded that the decision to leave behind the corporate world was the catalyst that led me to discover my true passion.
My cakes are more than just desserts; they're an embodiment of the journey that led me here, each one representing resilience, reinvention, and the pursuit of artistic passion. Through my cakes, I aim not only to craft delicious treats but also to create lasting memories, celebrating life's sweet moments in a uniquely artistic way. I’ve had the opportunity to work with celebrities, corporate as well as non-profit organizations to help celebrate life’s special moments with an experience that you can taste.
